We provide our guests with a three-course menu at lunch and in the evening. Half-board or full-board meals are offered for groups of eight or more and only with advance reservation.
Our menu costs CHF 21.00 per person. Lunch is usually served at 12.00 noon. Earlier or later meal times can be arranged by prior arrangement. Dinner is served Monday to Thursday at 19.30, Friday, Saturday and Sunday dinner is served at 18.30.
We offer our guests a simple cuisine, which is nevertheless very versatile. Our credo: with a maximum of passion and dedication.
Since we put a lot of emphasis on avoiding food waste, we only buy food for the registered guests. For this reason, we depend on receiving information in advance regarding the number of people, allergies and intolerances, as well as knowing before arrival or the event whether someone eats a vegetarian or vegan diet. This is the only way we can guarantee a smooth event and avoid food waste.
