The St. Jodern Educational and Seminar House, located in the heart of the Upper Valais, welcomes you.

The St. Jodern Educational and Seminar House is a place for meetings, discussions, further education, take a break and recharge.

In addition to our own course offerings, our infrastructure is also available for your events and seminars. 33 single/double rooms and 4 shared rooms invite you to stay.

As of 19.8.2019 we can now also be reached with the local bus.

Identity

The St. Jodern Educational and Seminar House serves the diocese of Sitten and its parishes and supports them in pastoral and pastoral matters. In addition, the house is open to all who are in search of meaning and orientation and are interested in spiritual, ideological and religious topics.

Educational Offer

Our courses are committed to the Christian message. We provide access to church traditions and to new forms of spirituality. Our educational offer in the fields of theology, psychology, ethics and culture is open to all people. In particular, the house offers training and further education for employees in church service. We work closely with the diocesan specialist offices. All our courses are held in German.

Hospitality

We are happy to accommodate guests, even if they have no direct connection to religion and church. We are committed to ecological, social and economic aspects. We create a welcoming atmosphere. Employees meet each other, residents and guests, with openness, respect and goodwill.

Lived Faith

St. Jodern is a place of encounter and lived faith. We respect and promote the individuality of each person. The special atmosphere of the St. Jodern Educational and Seminar House lives from people who contribute their ideas and prayers through their help in the company.
